Please collect the keys from the Ramada Hotel in the building next door at 9 Kaipiho Lane, Albany, Auckland 0632.

When you collect the keys at the Ramada Reception please provide a photo ID and car registration details for key handover. They can assist you with the correct carparking and entry to the building.
